Common questions

What is the Brisk Score?

One number, 0–100, for how good it is to be outside right now — synthesized from air quality, UV, temperature (feels-like), pollen, and precipitation. Higher is better.

What does Brisk+ add?

Pollen as the 5th factor, your specific window (when to go and when it closes), proactive alerts, the 24-hour outlook and tomorrow’s window, saved places, the Watch complication, Live Activities, and sensitivity that learns you. The free tier gives you the live 4-factor score every time you open the app.

Is Brisk a medical or weather app?

No. Brisk is a decision tool that helps you choose when to head out. It is not a medical, health, or safety service, and not a weather service. Always use your own judgment outdoors.

Where does my location go?

Your precise location never leaves your phone — it is rounded to a roughly 1 km area first, and only that coarse position is sent to fetch local conditions. If you turn on notifications, that rounded position is stored on our servers against a random device identifier so Brisk knows where to check for your window. It is never tied to your name or Apple Account, and never sold. Brisk has no accounts.

How do I manage or cancel Brisk+?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple ID subscription settings; a free trial can be cancelled before it converts.
